In less than ten months, on May 18-21, 2011 the 12th EAPC Congress will be taking place in Lisbon, Portugal. The leading theme of the congress will be 'Palliative Care Reaching out'. In order to enable the construction of a vibrant and challenging conference programme a significant part of the congress programme will be built around submitted abstracts. We therefore invite you to reach out yourself and contribute to the scientific programme of the congress by submitting an abstract for posters and oral communications.
