Symposia, poster sessions and oral presentations
Proposals for symposia, poster sessions and oral presentations can be submitted via the congress website’s online system, at www.rotterdam2010.eu.

Symposia
A limited number of symposia will be included in the scientific programme of the 4th European Nursing Congress, entitled ‘Older Persons: The Future of Care’. The Programme Committee and Scientific Advisory Board hereby invites you to submit proposals for symposia to be presented at the congress. The deadline for submission is 15 January 2010. The congress programme is primarily organised around 17 key themes. When you submit your abstract for a symposium, you must address one of the Key themes.

Key theme 'Palliative Care':

• Palliative care for target groups such as patients with cancer, dementia, people with chronic diseases and migrants
• Care at the end of life
• Innovations and challenges for future palliative care
